Slow Pune flyover, Chatushrungi and Pune University
The flyover is looking more like a stepover with it descending several times on to the road it was supposed to fly over. What that accomplishes hopefully the contractors (both sides) understand. Weather people benefit is a moot point. After having hold them hostage, they will love anything. Pune university sees half the traffic owing to the interesting one-way rules. There own rule about not allowing pets inside the campus is also worth a thesis or two. Meanwhile, Chatusshrungi seems to be charting its own land by building next to the road.

It is still much better inside the campus. You can even see some children play a non-cricket game (the national game of hockey, nothing less).
